The majority of my clients are poor immigrants from the former Soviet Union. The two main types of cases I handle are 1) family-based cases, where one member of a family sponsors another family member and 2) naturalization cases, where a client has a green card and is applying for citizenship. I have also handled numerous political asylum cases, with uniformly successful outcomes. However, at this time I am available in such cases only for consultations, and will refer the actual representation of such cases to capable and conscientious colleagues of mine.

I have handled hundreds of immigration cases since 1987. Prospective clients are invited to contact my established clients to discuss my handling of past cases.

I work with my clients in order to provide the best possible service for them. I make sure to give my clients, and their cases, the attention they deserve and require. I do not take on more cases than I can effectively handle. In setting my fees, I have carefully considered the income level of typical clients.
